Please help. This morning when I turned on my engine everything is fine as normal. While I was driving to work of course the engine warm-up and once I almost got to my work place at the stop light my idle (RPM) is landed on about a little above half. I wanted to know where should the IDLE (RPM) suppose to land at/ position at.

The fact that when I first start my car I can't feel any vibration, but once the engine is warm up or drove for a while at the stop with my feet on the brake, I can constantly feel the vibration. On the other hand, when I let go the brake the idle went a little down then went back up when I put some gas on it. Also I can see a smoke coming out of my muffler (is this normal)? the temperature is about 75 F.

Please let me know guys appreciated the help and supporting the BMW FAN.

Here's a thread that should answer your questions: http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=404968.

This link still doesn't fix the problem. do you know if the spark plug or coil is the problem to this? From my understanding When I first bought this BMW E60 2008 the sale man told me that this is a preowned that is diagnosed by expert mechanical before the car can so called " PREOWNED" . He then said it will be another 2 more years of extended warranty. So I wanted to ask you a question if I bring my car back again would they replace all the transmission mount, or spark plug along with the coil?
