Going to buy 328i next week - can I preview the lease contract?

I'm going to purchase a 2013 328i next week from one of the sponsors on this forum. Communicating with him was so much easier than some of the dealers in my area. I got a good out-the-door price quote for a lease without any hassle and things are going smoothly so far.

My question is - does anyone have a copy of the BMWFS lease contracts they could share (not filled in is fine)? I just want to read the terms and policies. I'd like to read it ahead of time to reduce the time spent on the actual day of purchase. I asked my CA to send me the documents ahead of time but he said that the contracts aren't drafted until I arrive at the dealership, presumably because lots of people end up not buying.

I've never leased before so I'm not familiar with what's on a standard lease contract.

This drives me nuts. I always ask for a 'copy of any document I will be asked to review or sign' whenever I go to a closing (of any tyoe) and always get jerked around. tI tends not to go well for them.

I'm interested in BMW simple finiance contracts, as well as the terms around the incentives BMW offers tied to financing. (In particular what language allows BMWFS to penalize you if you pay off financing within X months of origination)...If YOU get a lease contract, or other, black out the personal stuff and post them! There ought to be ONE thread that has these!

Also, I suspect that your state may impact the contract- not sure though.
