So Long and Thanks!

Well Gang,
I traded my beautiful '08 535i for an '09 Cayenne GTS today after an exhaustive search for the perfect SUV to accommodate my growing family. I had a close call with a Range Rover Sport about a month and a half ago, then tried negotiating on an X5 Xdrive50i M Sport last week before driving (and falling for) the Cayenne.

I am a long-time BMW loyalist, so we'll see how things work out with Porsche, but I'm pretty impressed with this car given that it's already 4 years old. Only has 29K miles and has been babied, so I got lucky there.

My E60 was amazing and I'll miss it. If you or anyone you know is in the market for one, start watching Carmax's site for a Jet Black/Natural with Sport-Auto and 61K miles. They may just send it to auction, so if you happen to see one like this show up at an independent dealer, feel free to PM me if you have questions.

You could have gone for a X5 M with a 3rd row seat...

Close in price range, 100 more hp and torque..

Unfortunately, the X5 M was just out of reach...trust me, I tried!
