2004 BMW 535i Pulsing on Warm Up

This is weird.. Searched and cant find an issue just like this but I am not an experienced user of the board so I apologize if I missed it.

The engine and some electronics pulse on warm up. The air conditioner will pulse and not be cold for a bit till warm up. The radio will cut out and come back on. The engine idle pulses lightly.

It only seems to do it until the car warms up. Any help would be great. There are no engine warning codes or anything.

I have not had the car long but the previous owner said a complete tune up was done by the local dealer shortly before I purchased the car.....
