Fog Lights: LED vs Xenon

so i installed the Angel Eyes couple days back, looks amazing
i've been looking to do a xenon conversion for my fog lights, when i came across this
i googled how it looked like installed, and looks pretty bright, but anyone actually installed them? do they provide the same vision at night as the stock fog lights?

They will LOOK bright, but they won't put much light out on the roads.

I just took out a set that the previous owner put in and there was little to no light output compared to a generic 9006 halogen that I just put in. I would not use the led personally

If he's just going for aesthetics, then sure. Functionality, though... ehhhhhh... not so much.

You can do HID fogs. They work better than LED.

For $39.99 is all you need.

Elaborate? I don't see how $39.99 can buy you bulbs, ballasts, igniters, and projectors (don't want to blind everyone, do we?).

Projectors are either our blazers for $79.99 or you can get projector fogs for $99.99
In most cases, if the fogs are aimed and you choose 6000K or less, you will not blind anyone. And those that you do blind are asking to be blinded by looking at/into the fogs as they drive by.

PS: and they are in no way anywhere near as blinding as the pick ups and 4X4 lifted trucks that drive with HID on all the time.

decided i'm gonna go with the Xenon fog lights.
as for the halogen bulbs to xenon conversion, i went through lots of threads about this, and it's not advised to do the conversion since xenon lights need to warm-up before they light up, and flashing them around will not be as bright as they should since the bulb wouldn't have the time to heat up.
i'm just curious as to how the new Infiniti's (most new cars) can flash their xenons i see them on the roads flashing a really bright xenon light
i'm asking this cuz i'm looking for an entire xenon conversion (coupled with already installed angel eyes), and reprogram the lights to go all on when i'm running high beams (bi-xenon, fogs and high beam) so bright will look like a spaceship coming down the road

i personally dont like how they flash the xenons now, my dads 335 does it and i dont get the satisfaction of flashing, it just doesnt feel right, you know?

is it not doable or not recommended it?
drivers in my country are very stubborn, i always flash with my halogen and they don't move, so i resort to flashing with my xenon high beams. so converting to xenon will make my life easier, coupled with making both lights come on high beam will also look much nicer.

won't use them for vision in a fog, since... well... we don't have any fog due to that, xenon fog lights will look much nicer with the AE and xenon headlights instead of stock halogen.

Not recommended. Remember, if you have hid fogs and you want to flash other cars the fogs will turn off/on every time you do so. That keeps adding stress/shock to the LCM module and will burn it out.

HID fog lights will cause a lot of electrical problems and they have a horrible light output pattern. As for the led, they are very dim and light output will suck due to how the concentration of light is.

Oh, forgot to add how much glare hid fogs will create. It's the equivalent of an SUV behind you with their highbeams on going straight into the rearview and side mirrors.

Nothing like ricing out your car by putting cheap HID fogs in that glare like crazy.

Sorry, nothing like ricing out your car by putting in blue halogen fog lights that glare like crazy and driving around with them on all the time.
