1 Key Fob Not Working

I have had my 2012 for about 8 months. I had trouble with one of the keys when I first got the car. I had to touch the door handle 5-6 x to get it to lock when the key was in my pocket. They put a new battery in which solved the problem, but it still wasnt as good as my audi or mercedes.

Now my wife's key, which is rarely used, will not work at all. I had to put it up the the steering wheel to get the car to start. It wont lock or unlock. Also, I didnt get a notification either. They key worked 3 days ago. Wasup wit dat?
