Delete ashtray and replace with partition

has anyone replaced their ashtray with a front storage partition?

I tried it and the new compartment does not fit. There is a different cover and the non-smoker did not work.

If you pull out the ash tray you can easily pry out the metal with the hole and that worked fine for me. When you do that you also get the LED that shines on the compartment to open up and light better.
