X5 Sunscreen Parts description?

I've been researching the sunscreen parts options for the X5 (mine didn't come with them nor the privacy glass option). I don't really want to tint the windows (I don't live in SoCal or Arizona) and prefer to have the option to put on the rear passenger/rear window sunscreens manually when the season calls for it.

I'd like to know if it's a cheap suction cup jobbie that attaches to the glass or something that is more involved and requiring an install? Or are they the integrated sunscreen shade options that require you to switch out your door cards to get installed?

Anyone know what the kit looks like out of the bag? Have been trying to search and called my dealer's parts department but they don't carry this and it's a special order item.
