New car questions

Hello, just took delivery and have a couple questions.

I have the sport line 335 XI.

1. Can you turn both fog lights off? I notice that only one turns off when I hit the fog button.

2. Is it typical that the back of the car sits lower than the front?

3. Can you make the doors unlock when putting in park mode or when turning the car off?

4. I have the dynamic handling package, the ride is a little stiff. I thought the DHP when in comfort mode is suppose to be more plush?



Some notes: The most complicated thing about the car is setting the universal garage door opener. But I finally got it after 30 min.... Had to hit the switch on the garage door motor. Trying to code it with the remote did NOT work...

Check again when the wheels are straight. The inside fog light is automatically turned on when cornering for increased visibility.

1) both fog lights should turn on and off together. If not there is a problem.

2) No opinion.

3) Yes and no. No, it is not a standard choice. It can be "coded" by an aftermarket process.

4) No opinion.

Totally normal procedure for programming a rolling code garage door opener and virtually all openers these days are rolling code. www.Homelink.com

Those are not the fog lights. Those are the cornering/flash-to-pass lights.

Adaptive light control
The concept Adaptive light control is a variable headlamp control system that enables dynamic illumination of the road surface. Depending on the steering angle and other parameters, the light from the headlamp follows the course of the road. In tight curves, e.g., on mountainous roads or when turning, one of the two front fog lamps is switched on as a turning lamp. As a result the inside of the curve is better lighted.

I'm sorry. I stand corrected. I answered off the cuff thinking in terms of the E9x cornering lights. Of course, the F30 inner "headlights" no longer function this way.

No problem. This seems like a viable source of confusion for the OP.
