I just can not stop driving

How many of you keep finding reasons to go in you car and start driving ?
I keep on finding ways to be out of my house, to a point where my wife is questioning my whereabouts

I know the feeling. I'm waiting for the warmer weather so I can take the "beauty" out for a long long drive.

LOL. I know the feeling, I put almost 2k in 1 month. And I only work 3 days a week . I know its a cliche but it really is the ultimate driving machine.

Can't get enough valid reasons to get out the house. And I always take the long way home now.

Been there, doing that. I run all the errands now. And if I've had a particularly stressful day at work, I take the car out for about 30-45 minutes of spirited driving and it has been very therapeutic. The wife doesn't understand, and I've stopped trying to explain it to her. I told her to get her own and maybe she'll get it. She's considering an X5. If nothing else, she'll get a nicer car to drive to work and maybe the little snide (read:hater) remarks will cease!

/3100 miles in 6 weeks.

Totally Agree !!!! We recently did the Performance Center Delivery in October. Originally , we thought we would would take turns driving evey few hours on our cross country trip back to San Diego. I ended up driving the whole 3,200 glorious Miles. I was never tired over that 10 days on the road. Even the 11 hours from Norman Oklahoma/Oklahoma City to Santa Fe , New Mexico was a joy. That was over 600 miles. We have been home for 2 months now, and have only put on about 700 miles on our new Bimmer. Of course , I was out of town for almost three weeks for Sales Training in December. We plan on putting some miles on over the Christmas Holidays. What a pleasure to Drive. Happy Holidays and Safe Driving to all 'Festers.

Jim
