Holiday Credit and Euro Delivery

Curious about something... does anyone know whether or not things like the holiday credit/Loyalty applies to Euro Delivery and if there is a "floor" to what you pay (I.e. no lower than the Euro Invoice regardless of credits/discounts, as I know a lot of us pay some amount above that invoice)?

For example, for someone who pays $500 above euro invoice, but is entitled to a $2000 credit, are they in effect paying $1500 below euro invoice?

Already took delivery of mine, but wondering if those that are about to should consider/take advantage.
