Creaky front end noise

Last night I got into a situation where I was making a lot of three point turns. I noticed a creaky, clicky sound from the right front when I applied the brakes while the wheel was at full lock to the right. Is this normal when the brakes and front suspension are in a high stress situation?

Or is there something else going on?
