size wheels=all wheel drive
im torn between keeping the wheels that came on my 335xi or changing them, the ones that i have don't do the car justice, i need something that makes the car look more "sporty" is there a particular size tire/wheel that should put on a all wheel drive 335 that would still include the all wheel drive to work properly in the snow????

Summer tires for summer, winter tires for winter! Unfortunatley, the wide tires that work great in summer, suck in winter (tall and narrow is better)... So to maximize your abilities, pick up a set of snow tires and rims for the winter ( i picked up a set from Tire Rack for a little over 1K, IIRC)... Check out their website, or chat with the Tire Rack rep in the Tire Rack sponsored forum area near the bottom of the main menu...

You can run a staggered setup on the 335xi aka x-drive without any issues. The main thing to take into consideration is that you have to keep the rolling diameter of the tires within a 1% difference. So long as you meet that requirement you'll have no issues. I'd keep your stockies and slap some dedicated winter tires on them and get a new setup for the spring/fall/summer!
I'd recommend that you check out the Alufelgen SF-71 wheels. They feature a concave mesh design that looks just right on the E9X 3 series. The setup that is going to work best is the 19x8.5 ET35 with a 235/35/19 up front and the 19x9.5 ET35 with a 265/30/19 in the rear. This will give you a flush look and will not cause any rubbing issues. Here are a couple installed pictures for you to check out! ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()
