Question Losing coolant from expansion tank 325i E90

Hi,
I have a 2005 325i. I have been told it is an E90. Its new shape.
My engine is not showing as overheating but all the coolant keeps blowing off from the expansion tank as though there is too much pressure.
I suspect air in the system as it has recently had a coolant change and I have followed the venting instructions and vented twice.
I did hear the water pump performing the "washing machine action" and did have to add more coolant after the first cycle but not the second.
I have started the car on the driveway and not revved it up just allowed the engine to warm up and after maybe 10 mins I see the coolant being forced out of the expansion tank system again.
Any clues before I get fleeced by the local garage.
I am in Africa and have imported the car from The UK, the garages here are not proper dealers so would like to have an idea what I am talking about before they try to con me, also as a White British woman, I am seen as a bit thick by the garages here and they seem to think I am open to being ripped off.
My car is stuck on the drive and I am grounded so any help would be appreciated.
