Mein Auto: 2012 X5 35i Premium
Princeton BMW

Haven't heard much lately about this dealership lately, so thought I'd share some recent experiences. Bought my 2012 X5 35i Premium there about 18 months ago, and so far been pretty happy with the car....

On delivery, noticed some overspray of the clearcoat on the rear panel and trunk - SA made note, brought out manager, and they ended up resolving by repainting and redoing clear on entire piece. Fortunate the X5 was new as you can't tell difference from rest of body.

Few weeks ago noticed right at point of stopping X5 would pull slightly to the right, with a very hard to hear grinding sound. Ended up with semi-locked RT brake caliper - they replaced rotors, calipers and brake pads on both front tires under warranty.

Finally, been reading the navigation map update thread - called Princeton BMW to buy the USB drive - holy smokes, it was like they never heard of it. Parts told me no such part was sold, and to talk with Service, Service says they don't do that and buy it front parts. Ended up calling Flemington BMW and in 4 minutes had the USB purchased....

Overall since they moved in to new building seems like things are better than I read they used to be.....but still could use some improvement. Would love to know if there are other dealers in Central NJ regarded highly.

TM
