Ventilated Seat Fans Slow Down when Braking?

Anyone else notice their ventilated seat fans slow down when braking / in correlation to the regenerative braking / mpg indicator, and when the car comes to a stop and the battery is no longer being 'charged' they return to their former (correct) fan speed setting – reproduced / most noticeable when the fans are on on an unoccupied seat?
