Mrs. Jones hates the cold
I have 20w50 which i didnt think about the cold coming when i changed it 5 days ago i am going to attempt to get 15w20 for her but she idled soooo low like 150rpms died and would not start again i got another car i used and brought her up to temp when i got off work anything else that could help her run better in the cold besides antifreeze

how cold is cold??, I am from another country but it sounds like you are using too heavy weight

being that hes in texas (cant miss it, its a pretty big state) i would say run 15w40 during the winter months. depending on how far north you are, you may want to find 10w40 from the stealership
