Dash pixel issue

I have recently purchased a 2002 530i and some of the dash pixels are missing.
From what I have read online BMW was helping with replacement on these and wondering if there is a certain person to contact at BMW.
Appreciate any input.

Simply type /pixel F3 in the bestlinks and more than you can possibly want to know will be immediately available to you, including names, addresses, and phone numbers of whom to contact.

My friend did it through BMW, got a brand new, grey gauge cluster (his is an ///M5), and got 75% of the labor covered. Definitely contact BMWNA!
