Mein Auto: E36 325i
Question Blower motor

Ok so here's the situation...1994 325i....I can turn on the heat or air but when it's on the absolute worst grinding sound comes from my dashboard....I wanted to come on here and c if any1 knew what it was before I tear it all apart because I gata replace/resolder my comfort relays behind the glove suggestions anyone?

Sounds like you've gotten some debris into the air box and in contact with the blower squirrel cages. Worst case you've got a trashed bearing in the blower motor. Bad news is you don't go into the dash to get to it so you're not going to get any synergy with doing this job and working on your comfort relay issue.
You get to the blower motor housing through the engine compartment by removing the cowling. This is a great DIY on how to do it.
