Angel Eyes

Hi I have a 2004 BMW X5 3.0i and I want to change my halo rings from yellow to white. Does anyone know how I would go about doing this? I've heard that you can buy the actual rings but I don't want to mess anything up. Is there a light bulb you can change or what. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you sure that you have to change the AEs themselves? I thought it was a single bulb for each side that sends light thru fiber optic tubes to the AEs.

You may want to check into how e53 X5 owners are modding their current headlights to a brighter look. Perhaps its different based on if you have the bi-Xenon AE headlights or halogen etc. You didn't mention which type of headlight set-up you have....aftermarket, oe, halogen, HID, or bi Xenon (HID)?

I haven't changed the headlights on mine. I don't know if they are different with packages, but I have the sport package on mine and its a 3.0i. I was just wanting to know if it was for sure a light bulb just because I've seen so many different things.

Replace your AE bulbs with any of the LED AE bulbs will change the color from yellow to white. Check out forum sponsors' website.
