Help Identify this Part (Undertray Support?)

I've sourced all the parts necessary to install brake ducting on my Z4 coupe. I plan on routing the tubes to the outer left and right grills. However there's this radiator shrouding in its way. If I removed it, there would be no kink in the tube and it'd stay secure with the grills. But because it forces the tube to bend, the oe grills actually won't stay secure (too much tension in the tube and oe grill clips aren't strong to begin with). Does anyone know if that piece can be removed without resorting to cutting? And if I do remove it, will airflow to radiator suffer enough where I need to be concerned? Also can anyone actually identify this P/N?
