X1 E84 (2011 - current)
The new to the US BMW X1 will arrive at BMW dealers in the fall of 2012 as a 2013 model year. Get your X1 28i with either sDrive (RWD) or xDrive (AWD) or get the US exclusive I6 N55 powered X1 35i dDrive.

X1 Lease question

A dealer near my area is demanding following fees for a 2013 X1 lease.

1) Dealer Prep fee $200
2) Bank Fee: $725
3) Doc Fee: $381

Can I refuse to pay it? Or is it standard nationwide.

Also is the BMW apps worth the $250? Can it be retroffitted later?
