Can a dealer verify the current one pay rate for a 2013 328xi? I was under the impression the rate was .00130 less .00080 to get .0005 as the MF. However, I was told today that the rate as of December 1 was based on a regional base MF that was .00175 resulting in a .00095 MF instead?

yes, discount is off the regional rate and not the subsidized rate. Not sure what it is now, but 0.00175 sounds likely.
