Is this a good lease deal? 2013 328xi
Hi all,
I'm hoping to get some advice on a lease deal that I've been offered. It seems a little high to me, but maybe I am missing something. ![]() Quick Rundown: MSRP: $46,495 Seattle, WA: 9.8% Tax Monthly: $553 for 39 months, 10k miles Money Factor: 0.0017 (subtract 0.00049 for 7 MSD program) Residual: 60% (39 mo / 10k miles) And now the details: $46,495 - MSRP -$2,240 - Dealer Negotiated Discount (4.8% off) -$1,000 - Team USA Voucher (still valid on the xdrive, combinable with holiday cash - coming up...) $43,255 Sale Price + $925 Lease Acquisition Fee + $11 Adjustments $1,000 Holiday Cash -$89 Tax on Holiday Cash (Washington Law) -$219 Licensing -$150 Documentation Fee -$553 First Months Payment ======= $44,191 Cap Cost Money Factor: 0.00121 (including the 0.00049 adjustment for 7 security deposits) Residual: 60% at 39 months, 10k miles Tax: 9.8% $553 per Month $4,200 security deposits $0 First Month Payment $0 Other Fees (that I know of) Any advice you can give on how to make this a better deal would be appreciated. |

The MF you are being quoted (.00170) is being marked up to the max. The base MF is .00130. Also use BMWConfig.com to find the invoice pricing and add $500 to $1000 to that for a ballpark for pricing not including any incentives.
