V8 engine block heater?

My car takes about 6 miles at highway speed to reach normal operating temperature. I would like to install an engine block heater to expedite warmup. The local dealer says that no US spec part exists and can't import EURO parts.
Any possibilities? Perhaps a Canadian source?
