Oil light comes on while idle

How was this causing it to run poorly and, how is it related to the oil light coming on?

I guess cause the gasket was damaged and the hotter the oil got the more oil leaked the more oil leaked the more pressure it loss so i guess that trigger the oil light

Which liquid gasket seal did you use and how many bottles did you require ? Did you have to flush your radiator before and after its use ?

I used the one that comes in the lime green bottle and I only use 1 bottle. I never flush the radiator at all
