Lightbulb ECU chip tuning, thoughts?

I've heard many good things about ECU, what do you think?

One nice looking 7 tuned by ECU

Looks like a similar job Dinan does and we know that success rate may be less than 50/50 with high costs. Skeptical I would get what I paid for.

I was looking to get this mod because we have a local company in Vancouver that does the install and they've done quite a few luxury and exotics. Two of my friends got their cars done; one friend got his brand new Pporsche Cayenne Turbo done, he claims that he saw a boost. I also have a friend who had his CLS63 done, he's claiming he saw a boost as well. I'm still not sold, it's a lot of money to spend when you don't know the end result. I'm trying to find some local F01/F10 owners who might have had this mod done, no luck so far.

Thanks for sharing. I've heard they can do a free dyno test after the instsllation, could try it on my next car, not sure if it's ok for the warranty

That is a proper F0 in that pic. Love it! Aggressive but classy!

And he has the CLEAR Side Markers I've been wanting ever since I got this car!!!!!!!!!!

Need those NOW!

One thing you might want to consider is that this tune will show up in your BMW ECU if taken for service and most likely void your warranty, unless of curse it's invisible.

Check this out too:
http://www.bimmerfest.com/forums/sho...d.php?t=832756

I currently have the BMS and am looking more deeply into the DTE box for comparison, because it looks like it has more potential than the BMS for our cars.
