No, not from the factory.

My dealer tossed them in for free on both my cars: of course, given that I spent over $110,000, I use the "free" term loosely.

Dealer provided them when I took delivery. Honestly though I didn't even bother putting them on when I swapped in the winter tires. If someone wants to steal your RIMs (they don't) wheel locks won't slow them down at all.

Wheel locks will slow them down and they probably want a fast escape.
Reasonable deterrent, but not bullet proof.

Bolt cutters and the plethora of universal keys you can buy on amazon say otherwise. Will it stop the teenagers down the street looking for trouble, probably. But if you park it somewhere you shouldn't and someone who is specifically targeting your car comes by it won't slow them down in the slightest.

Friend's Lexus came with wheel locks so I was curious. One rim was stolen from my last BMW, while parked in my driveway, which is in an affluent hood. Not to say I am affluent, I'm not.... but my hood is. I got locks the next day.....better than nothing. Sucks buying a new wheel but at least it was just one.
