F10 Rear or Top view CAMS while going forward?

Is there a way to turn the top view or rear cam on while going 20mph on a 2013 F10?

Try Coding PDC module as follows:

D_SCHWELLE_1 = max distance in meters to disable top camera view - Change to Werte = FF
D_SCHWELLE_2 = max distance in meters to disable rear camera view - Change to Werte = FF
V_SCHWELLE_1 = max speed to disable top camera view - Change to Werte = FF
V_SCHWELLE_2 = max speed to disable rear camera view - Change to Werte = FF

Thanks, I got it to work.

The issue I had was I had to restart the car for it to take effect and the fact it changed the value to "unknown".

By changing those values when in reverse camera start working and screen will not go back to normal mode unless i shut off by pressing the pdc button in the center (arm rest) also when driving and pressing that button nothing happen.

How can i set that the camera screen will automatically close when driving forward but while driving, if i want to view the rear camera (please dont ask why) i could by pressing the pdc button?

You can't.

the automatic close is determined by those 4 parameters.
when set to "FF" they won't close automatically because D (Distance) and V (Velocity) are set to infinite.
when set to anything lower they will close automatically according to the set values and you cannot enable them by hitting PDC while driving any faster or after the set Distance respectively.

When is the distance starting to be calculated? Can the speed be set to FF and distance to 200 m? If yes then I should be able to turn it on at any speed for 200 m, no?

I have coded these for the rear cam and it can only be activated while doing < 20-25 mph and it will be deactivated automatically when doing > 50 mph.

Does anyone else have a different experience?

Here is an update...Yes, i did try my self o_0

Setting:
V_SCHWELLE_1
V_SCHWELLE_2
To werte=80 equal to 128kph or in that case it is also 80mph

D_SCHWELLE_1
D_SCHWELLE_2
To werte=32 equal to 50meters

now i can turn the rear camera at any speed up to 80mph (you can set it up to higher speed just remamber to convert kph as decimal to hexadecimal)

The camera will close once i drive more then 50 meters (you can set it up to longer distance just remamber to convert meters as decimal to hexadecimal)

i had the same issue, it didnt work using 'FF' try to input actual hex value.
