New X3 28i order

First posting here.
Placed an order last week, X3 28i with premium, sports, convenience and 40-20-40 seats.
42845 plus sales tax, reg. and doc. fees before the $1000 holiday rebate and $750 loyalty.
I didn't test drive the 35i, kind of on purpose. Now I'm wondering again about an SUV with a 4 cylinder engine...

Don't worry about the engine although I did the whole time once mine was ordered too. Once I got it, I've had no regrets. It's quite powerful, especially in sports mode.

The engine is plenty powerful enough for me.

engine is great, plently of power, no lag.

The N20 (4-cyclinder turbo) is a great engine with enough power for most. Yes the N55 (6-cyclinder turbo) is more powerful and the differences can be felt at all RPM ranges. Selecting one vs. the other is very much (like colors) is personal decision. After some seat time if you find the need to increase the HP and torque, look at one of the aftermarket tuners. Burger now has a piggy-back tune increasing power at the wheels by 35 HP and 50 lb/ft.

Hello again. I created an account to track the order progress on bmwusa (and successfully added my old car) but to add the new order to the account in addition to the production number, it asks for delivery date, ownership, etc. Any ideas how to handle that?

I just entered a "guestimate" delivery date. You could always delete the vehicle and re-enter it (no way to edit that initial data that I could find).
