Loud noise from AC Compressor after filling 134a+

I find out my AC freon was very low like ~0psi, seems like it leaks in Chicago cold weather. so I filled 134a+ and now its at ~35psi.
But now their is a loud noise coming from the Engine once AC is engaged, it goes away when AC is shut down. Is this a Compressor issue or something else. Or may be it takes time for Compressor to circulate the Gas..

just an update, the cooling is like Arctic Freeze , I used Arctic frezze 134a+, The issue is when the SUV is Idle or going very slow the FAN in the front is running very Fast and making noise, but when I goes to speed above 35 then Fan stop or I can not hear it.
So why suddenly the FAN near the front of the Compressor is running so hard and making noise in idle speed. ??

This 134a+ has additional things to remove moisture and add lubricant, not sure if that cause this issue, but on the other hand the cooling is really good now..

Any input on this ???

Get it to someone that knows what they are doing.

IMO this isnt a 'fluid problem'..either you have a failed system that lost the freon, or you arent charging it right. Why would you screw around with a $4000 AC system?!?!?

Car is out of warranty has 73K on it now. I am sure Stealer will give me a Bill of $3600 and even Indy start charging a lot for Labor and ask 5 hr of labor for a 2 hr job.

But somehow filling with r134a+ is cooling the car very good .
Just need to figure out why Fan is running so high after the insertion of r134a..

"After the A/C compressor pressurizes the hot gaseous refrigerant, it is transported through the Receiver dryer and then onto the condenser. The function of the condenser is to receive the refrigerant in a gaseous state, then condense it down into a liquid state. It does this based on the radiator-like construction of loops, cooling fins, and location. Most condensers are mounted in locations where oncoming air helps to aid in the process. Many times, electric fans are mounted on the condenser as well, to further aid in the cooling process"
