Lower Control Arm Bar
Anyone ever had their rear lower control arm bar bend on a 2007 bmw x3? Cost for repair at the dealer $700? Oil Gasket Filter House, cost at the dealer $200? For the lower control arm bar, what were your symptoms? And new tires 1300 Unfortunately I am out of warranty so its coming out of pocket, are these parts easy to fix? Can i get them done anywhere?

Tires you can obviously get done anywhere. Go to tireracks website and get a nice pair of pirellis or michelins for less than 800.
The oil filter housing gasket is a doable job if you have the time and the tools. Need to take off the belt tensioner, alternater and power steering reservoir. The part itself is 5 dollars so you can see the cost is all labor. Not a common problem to have a bent control arm. Did you hit a curb or anything that would make you suspect a problem? Any peculiar tire wear? Seems a little odd.

Whenever I hit a bump and low speeds especially it makes a noise like something is spinning, sort of like a grinding noise and I can feel it under me. I have it at the dealer now, and that's what they are telling me, and they also said there's some wear on the inside of the tires... So I was going off what they told me...
