BeastPower Experiences?

Anyone have experience ordering parts from BeastPower?

I ordered from them over a week ago and no parts, tracking, or update of any kind. All parts were in-stock. They're located a few hours north of my shipping address, so wasn't expecting a long wait time. They haven't responded to my emails or calls...I'm on the verge of reversing the charges on my CC and filing a claim with the BBB. This is BS!!

Dude, right in the middle of the Christmas season, many companies shut down until the new year. I would wait until Wednesday or so before you cause the commotion. L

I understand, but the banner at the top of their site says "personal and intelligent service, 365 days a year". I would hope that they would stay true to this. Also, I ordered parts from other vendors on same date and they arrived days later.

Just doesn't make sense that a company like that shuts down their whole operation for that long...and if that's the case, notify your customers so they aren't sitting around like idiots.

I agree, if they are shut down for the Christmas they should have it posted on their website. I am like you, lack of communication equals possible issue. You don't have to be quick on the draw though, the CC reversal doesn't require a rush. Maybe they are just understaffed and not too great at communicating.
