2013' 35i Rough Shifts on Cold Morning

Hello, I have noticed on cold mornings (20 Degrees F through 35 Degrees F), the transmissions will shift very hard-it won't be a seamless shift from 1st to 2nd or 2nd to 3rd. Is this Normal? It does go away after a few minutes of driving.

I had a similar situation with my 2013. I went to the dealer an they changed one of the spark plugs. Since than I got no problem. It is now -16 celcius (3F) and I got no problem.

Mein Auto: BMW '12 X5 35i
My '12 X5 35i trans is also slightly rough sometimes on first drive when it is cold after sitting overnight or all day. It goes away very quickly, and strikes me as normal warm up.
