My new DSII's
Got a set of DSII's for $450. No curbrash, perfect condition. All of them have good Faulken tires with about 1/2 tread. Pretty happy about it.
Anyway, I'm running racelands right now and 12mm spacers to get my style 41's (came on the car) to fit. Put my DSII's on (The tires are 245's btw) and they stick out past the fender about a half inch. What should I do |

I could get new wheel spacers but don't they have the same offset as the style 41's...which rub without the 12mm's?
Also I dig the wide tires. Handling > Low IMO Rolling fenders right means I gotta buy a fender roller if I'm correct... and no. Last edited by Jakobie1086; 12-28-2012 at 10:48 PM. |

the ds2's sounds like a square set.
are they all 245's on the tires? the style 41's are 7j wide i think ds2 is 8.5 wide. so the 12mm spacer is making the ds2 et29 which is increasing the distance between the strut and the wheel.

With a stock suspension, you can run DSIIs with 245s all around with no spacers (or fender rolling) whatsoever. If you're on Racelands, the only thing you should need is a small spacer up front (10mm or less) to clear the lower spring perch. Shouldn't need anything out back.
