aftermath of starter replacement

I went back over it. I didnt take off many vacuum lines but what could it possibly be? any ideas thanks

Did you have to take out the oil dipstick tube to get the starter out?
I think this is only done if you decided to take the starter out from below the car. If so, then perhaps the seal on the dipstick tube isn't sitting flush.

Hi,
What you hear may well be normal sound of air moving through the throttle butterfly when the engine stops, I would be having a good listen with the engine running may be use a piece of plastic hose against your ear and other end put along the manifold area to try and id any areas of concern. Dave.

The PCV hose is attached to the dipstick housing.
