The suggestion I made in post #24 is not applicable to alignment. It is specific to leveling the car for a fluid fill. Please don't add a reference to that post # 24 in the alignment thread.

For alignment, the suspension must be in the expected postion with respect to the car's body and chassis. This means ride height as specified in TIS. The method I described doesn't do this.
