528i Lease Transfer - Low Miles Low Monthly

I'm looking to transfer the lease of my immaculate white/tan interior 2011 BMW 528i which only has 11K miles (10k/per year allotment). Payments are $575 total/mo (16 months remaining). Today's vehicle purchase price is $36,000 if anyone is interested in buying it outright. Comes with standard BMW 4 year or 50K mile warranty. Car purchased from Century West BMW in Los Angeles in July 2011.

Yes it would, sorry. When I leased the vehicle in 2011, the MSRP sticker was $47,725. KBB MSRP as of 1/6/2013 (today) is $39,933. Comes with all the standard BMW features and the Premium Package including napa beige leather, HD radio, univ garage door opener, rear air-conditioning, power bucket seats, keyless ignition, sun roof, front & back ambiance lighting, auto dimming mirrors, dark wood trim. I opted for no GPS so it's not included.
