2012 E92 328i Coupe - Brake Kits on 313 style wheels?
Hi All,
Currently getting a set of 19" 313 style performance wheels for my black 2012 E92 328i Coupe. The wheels have a very open design, so I may want to replace the front and back OEM brakes (discs + calipers) with larger and / or better looking ones, unless it doesn't look off too much. Since it's just a 328, this would be for looks, not performance. I also don't want to go too crazy, budget-wise. What are some options I could consider? And is the BMW Performance Brake kit really not available for the E92 rear axle? Thanks! Last edited by YoPapa; 01-01-2013 at 09:15 PM. |

So, seems that neither the 135 brake kit (black/gray) nor the BMW Performance Brake kit (yellow) would fit the rear axle of an E92 328i Coupe because of the small parking brake.
Found a picture of a similar E92 328i with 313s and OEM brakes Doesn't look too bad, though obviously not as nice as it would on 335 or M3 brakes. Do any of you guys have an E92 328i with front AND back brake kit replacements that look better than the OEMs? Last edited by tim330i; 02-04-2013 at 06:28 AM. |
