Engine oil leaking.

Got my 07 328xi, engine oil/filter changed, been using car mostly on short runs. Then took it for a 100KM run and speed up to 200KM/H.
I noticed a small oil spill under the car next day. Checked the engine compartment and noticed oil around the oil filter housing. Cleaned the oil smudge drove the car around, next day i noticed oil again around the oil filter cap.
I think the leak is coming from the filter cap rubber seal, probably not changed in the first service.
I plan to change the oil/filter again, and work with the mechanic to ensure proper filter fitment procedure is followed.
The main reason why i will change the oil again even though its less than 150miles old is that when i bought the car the oil is really black and smudgy, so i will change again to new oil to serve as an engine flush.

If you are going to do a new oil change instead of just replacing the filter do the job soon before you have oil all over the engine compartment! Black oil doesn't mean bad oil!
