Should I drop the rear..
Its on stock rears and HR fronts but Im not sure if I will like the rear being any lower than the fronts.

Personal view, but irrespective of ride height, I would only ever change springs in a full set of four. Your handling will likely be all over the place with a mixed set-up...

Definitely - it currently looks like you front suspension has broken. The rear drop is less than front anyway. I would recommend spacers too, so the wheel wells are filled better by the wheels

it looks weird from this angle. I can tell the front has dropped but the rears look stock. My rear is lower than the front and Im on eibach. I like it that way....
