2012 328i Xdrive coupe lease deal?
I've been seeing some special lease deals for 2012 coupes. I found one in particular that was an ''executive demo" that had 3000 miles on it. It was loaded up (navigation, convenience, cold weather, etc) and dealer was offering 2 year lease for $350 month (that's all in.. no other costs). Does this seem like a good deal or is the fact that it's got miles on it makes it basically a 'used' car therefore should lease out cheaper? Would it make more sense to wait for new model?
thanks.. new to bmw's |

"Used" cars don't lease out cheaply. Yes, I'd say that sounds like a good BMW lease deal....without knowing a single detail, sell price, residual, money factor, etc.

Not sure but
I looked at bmwconfig.com and MSRP for a new 2012 328i Xdrive coupe with the options this car has is $50,250 and invoice is $46,410. I still haven't seen breakdown of residual, money factor, etc
Now the car does have 3,000 miles as it's 'executive' untitled car, so not sure how to figure that in. And as stated on these forums, this model is heading for the archives. But my thinking is for an 'all in price' of $340 month for 2 years (that's 0 down, 0 out of pocket) it's not too much of a risk. I've never own a BWM (someone accurately predicted this particular forum will be mostly for 'new to brand' folks) so still finding my way through the particulars of brand. If I were to get a brand new 2013, the payments would be well over $150 extra a month and the 2 year lease not as favorable it seems. Just checking to see if this is a 'no-brainer' or am I missing something? |

miles
no.. unlimited would be great..lol
10,000... I usually average about 8,000 a year so figured that would be fine. I could ask about 12,000 to be safe |

might make more sense to just get the 10K lease. if needed, you can add more miles at 0.16 cents per mile up to 4 months before the end of the lease. that way you only buy if you need.
