19 inch staggered Breyton spirit wheels

Hey Guys new to the forum and to the e46 (just picked up a PERFECT black on black 04 325xi)
Will the rims in the ad below work for my BMW? I know I need a larger offest but the seller does not know what it is. will teh wheels stick out past the fender?

Seller is obviously a numbnuts (as are MOST Craigslist sellers ). The offset is cast or engraved on EVERY wheel, he just needs to look for it (it`s either "ET" or "IS" followed by a 2-digit number). If by chance the ad is correct, and they were intended for a 5-Series fit, they will NOT be suitable for an E46, they are at the other end of the spectrum, offset-wise, and there`s no work-around for that. You need offsets between 35 and 50, preferably closer to 50 for the rear wheels if they`re staggered.
