Is that from the front inner fender? Or is this 20 questions?-)

Things like that are best at the dealer, the parts guy can find in seconds, and they're only a buck or two.

If you use realoem you should be able to locate the part number. It a good site and i enjoy using it but not quite enough to go do it for you...

Pelican parts normally have a lot of the different clips/bolts available. Or as stated dealer is good bet if you have one fairly local. Possibly cheaper than buying online and paying shipping.

Are they the pop rivets in the fender liner or the little 8mm screws

Everyone gave you the answer we'd use ourselves.

1. You go to realoem.com and find your vehicle diagrams
2. You find the part number on those vehicle diagrams
3. You buy that part at the dealer (at least for clips)

If you want, once you have the part number, you can just google it.

For example, look at the part numbers for "my" fender well below (I have no idea if that's what your picture is though).

RealOEM.com Home => Select another car => Bodywork => Body - front body => E39 525i side panel front

i found those on sleazeBay for cheap , took three weeks to get delivered from china but same same, try the us seller if you are ina hurry or visit the dealer , i myself just stocked up on the plastic screws , pop rivits , dooor panel clips, dash trim clips, door trim clips, glass cowl clips,engine cowl cips and plastic turn clips . each has its own diffrent part number and looks diffrent, prolly got $40 into plastic clips and fastners, ( including spares) but then again my bmw was in rought shaped fastner wise
