Lean codes usually indicate a vacuum leak. The best way to find such a leak is to get the car smoke tested.

You can also visually inspect intake boots and vacuum hoses for leaks.

A failed MAF can also cause such codes but I would check for vacuum leaks first.

Thats what I thought. I did clean the MAF, and it seemed to run a little better after that. I will start by checking the vacuum lines. CCV maybe?

Check the corrugated rubber intake boot (between the airfilter box and the intake manifold). These rubber boots tend to crack with age. Especially if it was handled recently when cleaning the MAF.
