Do you need to replace all 4 shocks?

Will it cause any harm if all 4 shocks aren't replaced at the same time?

Replaced the rears since they were leaking.

Car feels real weird now

Seems like you answered your own questions. The only harm is the car will feel wierd. I assume you mean handling.

How many miles do you have on the fronts? Shocks usually seem more bouncy as they age. Stiff sounds like you don't like the feel of the new ones.

You have new rear shocks and front shocks with 87k mi .... they are drastically mismatched. Your fronts are pretty much shot with no dampening left.

It would be wise to get the exact shock brand/model from whoever you paid to put them on. If the dealer put them on, they are guaranteed to be the correct rears, and you simply have a mismatched setup.

There's your answer - could say no better myself.

Going stock or aftermarket?

probably feels weird cause you are not used to the handling you should have.

Replacing the rears alone is fine. just make sure the laterals match (i.e., left and right of rears are both changed).
