What do you have to show these discounts are real? Quick look you list the K&N filter at $50 which is net since MSRP is about $78 for the item. Philips 5000K Capsule D1S HID Bulbs: you list $170 MSRP is $199.

The other thing you might think about is your reaction to the sulev N51. Most who have it are not seeing much in the way of good mileage which is important to you even if the loss of performance is not. Goes back to the real world of unintended consequences vs. the ideal world of the carbon foot print eco-warriors. The N51 is also more expensive to fix due to the special parts that are part of the package.

As true as that is, I don't like the 335i for many different reasons. The extra $1,000 - $2,000 is worth it for me to get the 328i and mod accordingly.
