I think I have read here that the doc fee should be 80 and the acq fee 725?

It's not possible for us to make an informed assessment since we have no idea where "bfe" is.

Based on the tax amount posted I figured it was either Texas or Illinois.

Dallas is right. Isn't Texas bfe?

I'm not worried about the acq fee mark up. I'm more concerned with everything else being fair. This isn't my forte but making sure I don't get robbed is! Thanks everyone.

No need to worry about posting your state, or even city. The odds of anyone on Bimmerfest stalking you is very low.

There's a little more room to bring the selling price down if you're inclined to negotiate that. You have the base MF. The acquisition fee is marked up the allowed $200. Personally I would say if they won't come off of that don't let it be a deal killer. The base MF is a bigger deal.

The $125 doc fee is standard in Texas and you won't get any movement on that. Just fyi - there are two sales taxes. State tax is 6.25%. There is also a county tax that varies by county. It is very low. A fraction of 1% and shouldn't be more than about $65.

It is good deal, I think you are not going to get more than few off from monthly payment. I have noticed in my area the lease prices between dealers are not much different, some of them don't even talk to you if they realize you want to go really low, I was surprised but they don't have that many cars, like total 30 x3 in metro area is not that much, and the optioned one you want may be 5-10, there is not much to bargain. Of course it has to be reasonable, Benz and Audi are marketing heavily recently, c class has taken and top selling car in its segment. Bmw has to aggressive if they want better sales.
