Wu! Wraps Custom Automotive Wraps FINALLY HERE FOR e70 owners!!

Hello everyone!

Sup guys, my names Mark Wu (Wu! Wraps) from Seattle WA & i do custom vinyl wrapping for cars, bike parts, whatever you wanna send my way! i've been doing this for over the last 3yrs now n started out working on my own stuff. i've built up a good rep & lots of local work over the years now. I've proabably worked on over 150+ BMW's and roughly 300+ projects in general. I thought this maybe the time to expand my services nationally. I've done some Craigslist ads in the past nationally with some results but i feel this is more of a "official" approach. so here i am! So here we go, just some pics of work that i've done over time, feel free to hit me up with any questions, tips, pricing, etc. that you might have about what i do & if you are attempting to do this yourself.

OUT OF STATE GUYS:

So if you want your interior trim wrapped in your vehicle but, don't wanna bother with the DIY, tried it b4 and wanted to blow your brains out, can't find a local joint to do this for you, local joints don't wanna even mess with it, local joints don't even know what the hell you want them to do (happened to me), etc etc... SEND IT TO ME! I've noticed that most of the out of state stuff that is mailed to me is from the east coast... Dunno why but that's how it's been. What i've found works best is you pull your parts, pack them up in a box that is ROOMY, and mail it out to me. If you use UPS/FEDEX buy a prepaid shipping label for the trip back home and put it in the box, this way you control shipping speed and cost. If you use USPS you will paypal me the cost of whatever shipping you choose with the cost of the job. I always ship USPS with insurance & signature confirmation!

Pricing:
when messaging me about wrapping some stuff for you please include:
1- your NAME
2- what state you from
3- YR/MK/MDL
4- what you want wrapped
5- what material you may want it done in, ie: carbon fiber black, carbon fiber white, gloss black, matte black, brushed black aluminum, zebra print, etc...

All prices are under the assumption that the material you want it wrapped in is in stock. If i need to special order a certain color for you it will be an extra $25-$50 depending on what material it is. Also prices are for guys mailing/ bringing me parts off the car. IF YOU ARE LOCAL and want me to pull all parts off car & reassemble price will be a lil bit more for that. pricing varies from car to car, some are super easy to pull, some take hours!...

how do you remove the trim pieces on an e70? do you have to remove the door panels and remove the trim from behind or do they pop off from the front? any diy or write ups on this?

iconoclast: e70 trim pieces were a PITA to remove... the driverside vent trim & key fob trim pop out no screws. the door trims are screwed in from the back, yes you do need to remove the door panels to get them out. on this e70 i wrapped them on the car. i couldn't figure out how to get the glove box trim off, so i wrapped that on the car as well. the 2 long trim secitons are a super PITA to remove, however i did remove them... if i was to do this again locally i would pretty much wrap it all on the car.

if you plan to remove these parts and mail them to me, i would recommend you have a shop do it that has access to all data/ bmw diagrams. IF you are in good with a BMW service advisor/ 3rd party car repair shop, they can print you the step by step diagrams for removal. i don't have access to these software anymore so i am unable to do so as well...

when you removed the center console ones, can you go into detail? did they pop out or were they screwed in and hence, you had to remove the entire center console?

do you sell kits so that poeple can wrap themselves? I would like to go with a gloss black trim.. like the piano black style..

jajja: when i removed the center console, yes i removed the entire center console and unscrewed everything to the long trim parts... major PITA! like i said in the above post, if i was to ever do it again, i would just wrap them on the car. as far as details, no they don't just pop out, you have to unscrew a lot of stuff just to get to the screws that hold the long trim parts in place...

yes, i can sell you some vinyl and you can do it yourself. i have avery supreme gloss black in stock right now. if your asking about a "kit" in the sense that it's pre-cut, no i don't make that. typically you would be best cutting yourself you so you get maximum coverage and don't have to worry about lining up some precuts "perfectly"

yes i have gloss black in stock, measure up the parts and send me measurements and i can cut them for you. ie:

long center console x2 lxw
door trim x4 lxw
and so on...

hi, I have the wood grain trim now, if i wrap it in carbon fiber, is it permanent? Can the wrap be removed easily without damaging the wood trim?

Lordshin808: vinyl wrap will not harm the oem
Wood finish, no way a sticker can peel off chemically bonded clearcoat/epoxy.
yes it is also removable, heat it up with a heat gun and peel away. In the event some excess glue is left on the oem finish, use some googone/ rubbing alcohol to clean it off.

BMW X5 e70 3M Di-Noc CA-421 matte black cf interior Oracal 8300 dark grey smoke taillgihts vinyl wrap Wu! Wraps seattle wa

sup sup, been workin on the owner of this one's BMW's for some time now. this is the 3rd one i think... wrapped the interior trim with 3M Di-Noc CA-421 matte black carbon fiber and smoked the taillights, 3rd brake light, lower rear bumper reflectors, and sidemakers with Oracal 8300 dark grey smoke film. all came out great! wrapped most of the interior trim on the car, just removed a couple things to make room to work. steering wheel trim, key hole trim, and driver side dash trim were all that was removed. saved a lot of time this way compared to the 1st e70 i did a while back. owner is diggin tha new look in and out! total job time was about 5-6hrs on this one...
