How to drain coolant plz help cars half apart

Ok my temp sensor was leakin so I got a new one and a new lower hose. I drained the radiator with plug next to hose. Disconnected hose and only a lil more coolant came out. How do I drain the block? There's no way it drained enuff to empty block. I wanna drain it all cuz I got fresh new coolant from BMW to replace the green crap that was in it. Plz help. It's dark and cold out side rite now

The block drain plugs are behind each bank exhaust manifolds... Not the easiest to get to. You could also remove the thermostat to get some more coolant out, but you will still have some left in the block
